Todd has over 17 years' experience in strategy execution, improving financial performance, simplifying operations and strengthening governance in complex organisations.
Most recently he was Chief of Staff at NextEra, the Aramco and LTIMindtree joint venture in Riyadh. Before that he was a Director with KPMG in Australia, before transferring to Saudi Arabia with the firm.
Todd served as an elected Member of Parliament in New Zealand from 2014 to 2017, chairing the Government Education Committee and serving as deputy chair of three Parliamentary Select Committees.
His work spans technology, energy and natural resources, aerospace and defence, transport and logistics, property development and healthcare, across the GCC, UK, Western Europe, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. He has worked with boards, CEOs, private equity and family offices on cost optimisation, working capital improvement, integrated planning, operational restructuring and M&A integration and separation.
